Interview and meeting participation

Participant information under Art. 13 GDPR. Version 3.2, 30 October 2026. Please read this before our conversation; the booking form links here.

Who is talking to you

The conversation is held by Gregor Lederer, managing director of The Branding Brand EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (UIC 207195302), which develops and sells 24/6, a workspace for remote teams (m246.org). The Branding Brand EOOD is the controller of your data.

This is commercial research. We talk to leaders of remote teams to understand their challenges and to develop, improve and sell our product. Nobody else receives your answers. If we ever work with a research partner, we will name them here and ask you separately.

What we would like to talk about

How your team works remotely: how goals and priorities are set and communicated, how tasks are assigned and followed up, where communication breaks down, and what you have tried. You decide what you share. Please do not tell us confidential information of your company or personal details about named colleagues; we do not need them.

What happens with what you say

How long we keep it

Audio recordingDeleted 30 days after the interview, or earlier once the transcript is checked.
Transcript and notesKept while we work on the research round, at most 24 months, then deleted. Anonymised findings that can no longer be linked to you may be kept.
Your contact details and our messages24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your choice and your rights

Taking part is voluntary, and recording is optional. You can stop the conversation at any time, ask us to stop recording, and withdraw any consent later with one message to contact@m246.org or on LinkedIn. We then delete the recording, transcript, notes and everything derived from them, except anonymised findings that can no longer be linked to you. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Details: privacy policy, section 7.

The consent we ask for

When you book a call, we ask for two things:

  1. I have read the participant information. (required to book)
  2. Yes, I’m happy for 24/6’s note-taking assistant to join this and future meetings and create notes using recording and transcription, as described in the participant information and I can write to contact@m246.org anytime to withdraw recording consent. (optional)

Without the second, nothing is recorded. Before recording starts, we confirm it with everyone present at the start of the call. If we would like to quote you, we ask you separately at that time.
